Navin Arora is a founder of Navin Arora & Co. and an accomplished Advocate with over 10 years of experience in the legal profession. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.), Bachelor of Commerce (Hons.), a Company Secretary (CS) certification, and a Diploma in Intellectual Property Rights, equipping him with strong expertise in corporate, commercial, and intellectual property matters.

Navin began his career in New Delhi under the mentorship of Adv. Sanjeev Sagar (Senior Advocate, Delhi High Court), gaining extensive experience handling matters before lower courts, tribunals, and the High Court. He has since built a respected practice in Mumbai, representing clients in complex litigation, corporate law, and dispute resolution matters across the Bombay High Court and other courts.

Known for his strategic and pragmatic approach, Navin combines sharp legal insight with a client-focused perspective, delivering practical solutions in challenging and competitive environments. His expertise and professionalism make him a key driving force behind the firm’s operations and reputation.

Shreyas Deshpande is a practicing Advocate at the Bombay High Court with a Bachelor of Law degree from O. P. Jindal Global University and a background in computer engineering. He regularly advises and appears in a wide range of matters, including writ petitions, appeals, and disputes arising under the Constitution of India, Maharashtra Civil Service Rules, CCS Rules, Town Planning Act, Land Acquisition Acts, Arbitration Act, SARFAESI Act, Petroleum Rules, Intellectual Property Laws, and tender-related matters.

Shreyas has a strong focus on intellectual property, providing comprehensive counsel and representation in trademark, copyright, and design prosecution and opposition matters, both in India and internationally. In addition to the Bombay bench, he also heads matters before the Aurangabad and Kolhapur benches of the High Court. He regularly represents government departments and Maharashtra state employees in service-related matters before the High Court and administrative tribunals, combining thorough legal research with practical advocacy to deliver effective solutions for his clients.

Pranjali Ashube is a Associate Partner at Navin Arora & Co. Mumbai and heads the firm’s Banking and Finance practice. With over 10 years of experience, she has previously worked with leading corporate law firms, advising on a wide range of banking, finance, and regulatory matters. She brings strong commercial insight, deep subject knowledge, and a strategic approach to complex financial transactions and disputes. Her leadership and expertise play a key role in strengthening the firm’s banking and finance practice.

 Advocate Malcolm Vaz is a Mumbai-based legal professional registered with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa since 2022. His practice is primarily focused on testamentary and succession matters, including drafting and advising on wills, probate and letters of administration proceedings, and related Original Side matters before the Bombay High Court. He regularly represents and advises clients on estate planning, inheritance, and administration of estates, ensuring careful handling of sensitive and complex family and succession issues. 

 Adv. Prathamesh S. Phadtare is a practicing Advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa, with expertise in civil, criminal, family, and revenue laws. He looks into the firm’s lower court matters and regularly appears before District Courts, quasi-judicial authorities, and revenue forums, handling civil disputes, property and land laws, contractual and commercial matters with a research-oriented and result-focused approach. 

Navjot Singh is a practicing Advocate based in Delhi, associated with Navin Arora & Co., where he represents the firm in courts and tribunals across Delhi and nearby jurisdictions. His practice is centered on civil and commercial litigation, with substantial experience in matters involving contractual disputes, recovery proceedings, financial claims, and related commercial remedies.

Navjot’s professional work encompasses drafting pleadings, petitions, and interlocutory applications, preparation of written submissions, and comprehensive review of evidence and case records to support litigation strategy. He is actively involved in conducting legal research, assisting in case strategy formulation, and coordinating with clients and counsel to ensure effective representation before judicial and quasi-judicial forums.
